2008 - A New Beginning



Looking forward to start my magnificent year, this year I will concentrate on Molecular Gastronomy creating simple but extraordinary dishes. Let's expect the unexpected!




Garden Salad/Salad Garden


I named this dish as a Salad Garden, because it looks like a mini garden. I pureed the olive to make it look like soil. The bubbles are lime air, I will improve this dish with liquid olive and liquid cheese. So stay tuned.
